How it Works

Your reservation fee will be taken as your deposit and must be paid in full with contract signed in order to reserve the Space. No “holds” will be accepted. Availability is first come, first serve. No exceptions.

  • Fill out the form below to request your party date at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
  • We receive dozens of requests weekly. Please allow at least 5 days for us to review requests and contact you.
  • If your date is available, a party contract will be sent to you via email.
  • Print, sign, and return your signed contract and your table reservation fee to Diamond Spring Brewing Company anytime during normal business hours, or contracts may be sent electronically. 
  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to your event. 
  • Check-in 30-minutes prior to your party. At this time, we will start your group tab.
  • All event rentals are 2 hours. 
  • A 20% gratuity is added to Single Tabs when closing out at the end of your event.

We will contact you to discuss your event and our availability. Reservation requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your request. Requests for reservations on days we are closed or during hours when we are normally brewing, require special consideration and may require and an additional fee.

Tent rentals are for groups 21+ only.
